2. Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can extend these windows.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. 

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute packages once they've shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
